# Maheshwari Tissue Saree · Burnt Red

_Woven on the banks of the Narmada. Maheshwari tissue is the lightest expression of this ancient craft — silk-cotton so finely woven it becomes almost translucent, with a warmth that deepens beautifully under light._

This saree is woven in burnt red with golden tissue weaving that creates a soft metallic sheen — warm and opulent without being heavy. The pallu has a heavier golden zari texture with a fluid, glossy fall. Subtle border, balanced against the brightness of the gold. Delicate hand-tied tassels (latkans) finish the pallu edge.

Each saree is woven individually on a handloom. Slight variations in weave density and colour tone are part of the craft.
