At Maadri, every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans — each weave, dye, and finish is unique by nature. Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. We encourage you to review product descriptions, care instructions, and images carefully before purchasing.
Damaged/Defective product
Unboxing video is mandatory
We kindly request all customers to record a continuous, uninterrupted video while opening their Maadri package. This video must clearly show the sealed parcel before opening and the condition of the product as it is received.
Claims without video cannot be processed
In the absence of an unboxing video, Maadri reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests for damaged or defective products. The video serves as the primary evidence for all such claims.
How to raise a claim
Share your unboxing video along with your order number and a brief description of the issue with us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Claims raised after this window may not be considered.
Refund review timeline
Once your claim is received, our team will review the video and assess the damage. This process may take 7–14 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
