Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Handloom pieces that are made-to-order or involve special weaving may require up to 10–15 business days.

Delivery

• We ship across India via reputed courier partners
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location
• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order ships

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be offered on select orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please write to hello@maadri.in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delays

Maadri is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
