Printed by hand in the Ajrakh tradition of Kutch, this suit set carries the quiet depth of charcoal grey on tussar silk, a fabric known for its natural golden sheen and gentle texture. Rows of tiny lotus-bud butis in sand, rust and deep indigo run across the kurta and bottom, block after block, each placed by an artisan's hand.

The dupatta is the showpiece. A dense floral jaal fills the body, framed by geometric medallion borders and finished with a paisley pallu and tasselled edges. Drape it over one shoulder or let it fall open; either way, the print catches the light as you move.

Made for festive afternoons, intimate pujas and evenings where you want to look considered without trying too hard. Small variations in print, colour and alignment are the mark of hand block work, not flaws.

Wash Care

• Dry clean recommended, especially for the first wash
• If hand washing: cold water, mild silk-safe detergent, wash separately; slight colour release is natural with hand-printed fabrics
• Do not soak, wring or scrub; press gently to remove water
• Dry flat or on a hanger in the shade, away from direct sunlight
• Iron on low to medium heat on the reverse side
• Spray perfume before dressing, not directly on the fabric
• Store folded in a muslin or cotton bag; refold occasionally to avoid permanent crease lines
