Woven on the banks of the Narmada. Maheshwari tissue is the lightest expression of this ancient craft — silk-cotton so finely woven it becomes almost translucent, with a festive warmth that glows beautifully under light.
This saree is woven in golden mustard tissue — a radiant, regal hue with a lightweight, slightly sheer texture and a subtle metallic sheen. Translucent pallu with fine woven stripes. Minimal zari work in the Maheshwari tradition — understated, not absent. Delicate tassels on the pallu. Smooth, lustrous body that drapes in a fluid silhouette.
Each saree is woven individually on a handloom. Slight variations in weave density and colour tone are part of the craft.
