Block by block. Dip by dip. Ajrakh is one of India's oldest living print traditions — born in the salt flats of Kutch, built through up to fourteen natural-dye steps over several days.
This saree is set on a black base with fan-shaped leaf motifs inspired by nature — rendered in classic Ajrakh rust red and indigo blue with fine white outlines, spaced thoughtfully across the body for a balanced visual flow. The pallu is more intricate: layered geometric and architectural patterns with repeating arches, stripes, and wave-like elements in red, blue, and black. Finished with hand-tied tassels in shades of blue along the edge.
