Block by block. Dip by dip. Ajrakh is one of India's oldest living print traditions — born in the salt flats of Kutch, built through up to fourteen natural-dye steps over several days.
This saree is drenched in a rich rusty terracotta red — warm, grounded, and effortlessly graceful. Classic Ajrakh block prints in deep indigo, muted black, and soft beige cross the body in diagonal and panel-like sections: floral butis, geometric lattice, and symmetrical motifs that feel both ancient and alive. The border and pallu carry layered stripes and ornate floral vines. A polka-dotted section in the pallu offers a subtle design counterpoint. Finished with hand-tied tassels in deep blue.
